[Spambayes] Converting Spambayes .db file to .txt

I'm using XP/Outlook 2010/1.1a6 with DEP turned off and cannot get it to
work.

How do I convert the Spambayes .db file to .txt so it can be imported into
Outlook's junk email blacklist until (if) Spambayes is fixed for Outlook
2010?
