[Spambayes] setup trouble

I'm a dumb computer user apparently because I cannot locate how to set my mailclient to localhost.

I have version Binary version 1.0.4
I'm using an XP machine
My email comes into mail.ntelos.net on Pop3
My program vile doesn't list a log.  I have a DAT file which I copied:
but it won't paste here.

I'm 72 and frustrated because I've been using computers since 1982!
