[Spambayes] Deletion list

Is there a way to create a listing of email addresses I want to be
deleted permanently (purged) without ever seeing them?  I get 250 emails
a day that go either to my junk folder or to my suspects folder.  I have
to look through them because occasionally there will be one that I need.
If I could have a way for most of them to be deleted automatically,  it
would save a lot of time looking through the junk and suspect folder
