[Spambayes] Spambayes toolbar items not working

Mail is filtering but spam button only works to clear first email in
"possible spam" then won't mark and move any more until outlook is
restarted.

 

I went through troubleshooting "Toolbar items appear, but fail to work"
and it did nothing. I have also done a detect and repair on outlook
without any difference.
