[Spambayes] Delete as spam not working

I don't do Windows (I'm guessing you're a Windows user since the headers in
your message suggest your mail was routed through Exchange), so I can't help
you directly.  I can tell you that your problem report is vague enough that
the people who can help you may ask you for more details.  For example:

* What version of SpamBayes are you using?  Did you download source or a
  binary installer?

* I presume you're an Outlook user, but it pays to be specific about that
  sort of thing.  What version of Outlook?  What version of Windows?

* By "help documentation" do you mean the Outlook troubleshooting guide?
