[Spambayes] Rogue user causing problems

Hey Skip,
Thanks for the suggestions (ROFL), tried it already but the "assistant" has
already given up in frustration.
And given that the rogue is the GM of the company, not sure what else to to.
It wouldn't normally bother me, except that every time he breaks it, "it's
all my fault", and of course on the occasions that I uninstalled it
(frustration!) he complained bitterly about having all the viagra adds in
his inbox - of course THAT was my fault too.
Do you know of any reg hacks to lock the folder and prevent deletion?  I
tried googling but found nothing....yet
