[Spambayes] Troubleshoot SpamBayes multi-user install on Vista

You probably need to elevate your permissions before installation.
Right-clicking on the EXE and selecting "Run as Administrator" should work
(and will be necessary even if you are logged in as an admin user)

  I am installing spambayes 1.04 on Windows Vista Home  Premium with Outlook
2007.

  I installed it successfully for one user but am now trying for another
user account to also use it on the same computer.

  I followed the troubleshooting guide and tried to execute the command
outlook_addin_register.exe" hkey_local_machine

  Log shows access denied (see attached).

  User is logged in as an administrator.

  What do I do?
