[Spambayes] Spambayes & Vista

Good Evening,
I have attempted to install Spambayes 1.0.4 on my system running Windows
Vista and Outlook XP.
I can get no response, no toolbar and no disabled or otherwise add-ins
shown.
Is there a compatibility problem?
