[Spambayes] Question

Hi! I've tried to install Spambayes on my new laptop (a Dell Ispiron)
and it is not working for me.

 

It has Windows 2003, it's SpamBayes 1.0.4, and I have attached the most
recent log file. I read through the troubleshooting guide and tried
everything there to no avail. When I tried to add the plugin directly
from Outlook, I was able to find the file and select it but it didn't
show up in the addin window. I also tried to make sure it wasn't
disabled, but nothing was set to be disabled. I tried reinstalling as
well. No errors on installation. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you SO much!!! (love
