[Spambayes] retrieving a deleted spam e-mail

I checked my spam folder today and there was an email from a  friend not on 
my buddy list, I intended to click on delete for the 1st spam, but  
accidentally clicked on delete all. I have tried everything I know to do and  can't 
retrieve it.  Is it possible to retrieve it?
