[Spambayes] Multiple Accounts?

Hello

I have just downloaded spambayes and I am ready to begin configuration. I have multiple email accounts coming into my email client. I have searched through the site and cannot find the instructions for configuring spambayes for multiple accounts. Is it possible? And if so where would I find information on setting up spambayes for multiple accounts?
