[Spambayes] Cancel multiple users

Uninstall the plug-in (this leaves all your training and  
configuration untouched), which will remove both single-user and  
multiple-user registry keys.  Then just run the installer to do the  
single-user install again (it will automatically resume using that  
user's existing training and configuration).

(If you're happy using a command prompt, then you can just do the  
uninstall with the registration utility and do a single-user  
registration with it as well, but the above will work fine).
