[Spambayes] Help!

It looks like you're using Outlook (and so presumably the Outlook  
plug-in).  If that isn't correct, please let us know which SpamBayes  
application you're using, and which version of Windows.

If you are using Outlook, the most likely explanation is that Outlook  
has disabled the plug-in.  Check Help->About Microsoft Outlook- 
 >Disabled Items, and see if SpamBayes is there.
