[Spambayes] Spambayes Error

An interesting case. The user apparently confused retraining with
reinstallation and/or assumed (incorrectly) that the latter would
incorporate the former. Why not expand the error message to clarify the
distinction, maybe including a notation like "Reinstallation isn't
necessary and won't help."
