[Spambayes] I need your help!

Open the Windows Task Manager (Control-Alt-Delete, then click "Task
Manager").  Click the "Processes" tab.  Look for "sb_tray.exe" (or possibly
other processes starting with "sb_", if you've done something unusual).  If
you find it, then end the process.

If that doesn't fix the problem, or you can't find any "sb_" processes, then
SpamBayes isn't running, and isn't your problem.  Try restarting in Safe
Mode, doing a Windows Update, and checking for spyware/viruses.

If it does fix the problem, then using the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel
is the correct method of uninstalling SpamBayes.
