[Spambayes] SpamBayes Buttons crash Outlook 2003...

We have an identical problem to what is already listed.  However we have
already tried removing outcmd.dat, as well as all other troubleshooting
steps we could find on spambayes' site.  Do you have any suggestions?

Is this caused by having a different version of office (xp) and outlook
(2003)?  If so, we can probably convince our client to upgrade.
