I searched my entire computer for both these files (outcmd.dat & the
SpamBayesLog) and can find neither! I RECENTLY GOT A FREE DOWNLOAD OF Mc
afee Security from Comcast-could this have anything to do with the
problem?
Thanks!

Did you replace "username" in that path with your actual username?
AFAIK the outcmd.dat file always exists.
If that doesn't work: are all three of the SpamBayes buttons non-
functional, or just some? Does SpamBayes still filter? Can you send
us a copy of your most recent log file? (Probably in 'C:\Documents
and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Temp', and called
SpambayesLog1.txt).

Please always include the list (spambayes at python.org) in your replies
(reply-all), and please don't send me personal mail about SpamBayes.
