[Spambayes] spam bayes install for outlook express

I want to install for outlook express.  I downloaded to outlook, which I do not have on my limited capacity old computer.  It is installed, but the spam bayes toolbar does not show.  Do I need to download a different way to get it to run on express?  If so, how?
