[Spambayes] Windows 2003 Server SP1 breaks Outlook Plugin?

You are correct.

Ok, so I uninstalled.  Deleted all the SpamBayes stuff I could find
(including the above directory) and cleaned out the registry.

Reinstalled, same result.
