No, you can just install 1.0 over the top of 1.0rc2 and all should work
fine.  If you have a very old version installed (i.e. before the first
beta), then you should uninstall first.

Note that both installing over the top, and uninstalling then installing
fresh, will leave your training and configuration data untouched, so you
should notice no interruption in use.
