Drat.  I'm not sure why this would be, but a number of people have reported
it, so it's not likely that it's something specific to your setup.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to more than one Exchange account, so
it's hard to test things out here.  I'll try and convince a colleague to
give me temporary access to their account tomorrow, so maybe I'll be able to
figure out more then.

Otherwise, the best I can do is try and add more debugging information to
the next release, or build a special debugging release, and get you to try
that.
