Unfortunately, that probably is not possible. This is a public mailing
list with a public archive online, so anything you send to it becomes
part of the "public record". You might be able to convince an
administrator of the primary archive on mail.python.org to remove the
message, but there are probably a number of mirror sites that already
have the message and it is unlikely to disappear entirely no matter what
we try to do from here.
 
I'm afraid I must be the bearer of the additional bad news that you have
probably compounded the problem by forwarding a copy of that same
"sensitive" information back to this same public mailing list.
