[Spambayes] Spanbayes program

Good morning,

I recently downloaded your spambayes anti spam program and after I
downloaded it and attempted to use it the following error message
appeared on my screen.

THERE WAS AN ERROR INITIALIZING THE SPAM PLUG IN.
SPAM FILTERING HAS BEEN DISABLED. PLEASE RE- CONFIGURE AND RE-ENABLE
THIS PLUG IN.
ERROR DETAILS: COOULD NOT WATCH THE SPECIFIED FOLDERS.

I am running Outlook2000 and have Windows2000NT as my operating system.
I am on a dial in service with my internet provider.

Could you please help me.
