[Spambayes] Problem with POP3 Proxy: Outlook express server errors

You've probably entered a port number incorrectly.  The "server
response" message would be appropriate from an SMTP server but not from
a POP3 server.  Double-check the port numbers in your spambayes and OE
configurations.
