Capital idea!  If you're comparing to the Outlook addin, first you
produce an email client with a strong programming interface and talk
millions of Linux folks into using it by choice.  Perhaps two or three
of them will volunteer their time to hook up SpamBayes to it then. 
That's basically the story with the Outlook addin (less than a handful
of Outlook users volunteered their time to write it, and then millions
get to use it).

Mere money won't buy the same for other email clients -- unless you're
willing to donate (likely) tens of thousands of US dollars per quirky,
hard-to-interact-with client.  And pay in advance <wink>.
