[Spambayes] Should SpamBayes block spam?

Identify it.  Then you do what you want with it (for example, set up a rule
with Outlook Express to automatically move all spam messages to a "spam"
folder and all unsure messages to an "unsure" folder).  That way you have
the messages if you end up getting a false positive (a message incorrectly
identified as spam).

Since SpamBayes is client-side, it has to download the mail to classify it,
so there really isn't any benefit to not delivering it (and this would be
difficult to do with a proxy based solution, in any case).
