[Spambayes] spambayes wont show up in outlook

Hi 
 
I installed Spambayes-Outlook-Setup-0081
 
I made sure outlook and all word windows were closed when I did it.
 
When I open outlook I get no start-up window for spambayes and the
spambayes tool bar doesn't show up at all nor is it an option to add to
the outlook toolbar.. How do I get it going?
