The 1.0a7 source is available here:

This version has a number of bug fixes and improvements since the 0.81
plugin release, so would be your best bet if you're going to run from
source.  After extracting, go to the Outlook2000 subdirectory and run
"addin.py --register", and you should be good to go.  If you have any
problems, first make sure that you are running the latest versions of
Python (2.3.3) and win32all (build 163, I think).
