[Spambayes] "Possible spam" folder disappears

Did you look under Deleted Items?  That's where it usually shows up.  If she
can remember something about an email that was in it, you can also use
Outlook's "Advanced Find" facilities to search for it.

Well, you're not going to like it <wink>, but in every case to date this has
happened where the original poster bothered to report the resolution, it's
been user error, moving the folder on their own.  The SpamBayes code doesn't
contain anything that *can* delete or move a folder (neither it does contain
anything that can delete an individual email, BTW).  Unfortunately, it's
very easy to delete or move a folder in Outlook, whether on purpose or by
accident (e.g., I do it at least once a week by accident).  "Power users"
who get into the habit of using the "Empty Delete Items Folder" action, and
unthinkingly clicking "Yes" when Outlook asks if they really want to do it,
are especially prone to losing folders forever.

One of the things the troubleshooting guide should have told you was to
always attach a log file when asking for help.  From the logfile, we could
tell whether or not SpamBayes believes the folder still exists.
