[Spambayes] Download/Installation Help needed

You appear to be using Outlook.  If that is true, then you (almost
certainly) want the Outlook plug-in.  Go to the downloads page again, and
download the latest (008.1) version of the Outlook plug-in installer.  Run
that (it is an .exe) and you'll be fine.  If it's not true, then continue
on...

The "installation file" is setup.py.  You need to run "setup.py install",
but there's a bit more to it than that.  Have you tried reading the README?
If you have, and it doesn't make sense, then it would be great to know what
in it is confusing so that we can improve it.

Also, I assume (from the .exe reference) that you're using Windows.  If
that's true, then you usually want the .zip version of source archives, not
the .tar.gz one, although you should be able to get either to work.
