[Spambayes] can't read localhost

This is not a big problem, maybe the directory where python was 
installed is not in your path. A simple thing to test.
Ttry to find the file "python.exe" and in the "Run" write the complete 
path. For me this will be "C:/Devtools/Python/Python-2.3.2/python.exe 
c:/Devtools/spambayes/pop3proxy_tray.py"

If this work you can add the path to the environment variable PATH
