[Spambayes] Can't get spambayes to start

I've tried downloading the most recent version of spambayes this evening
and nothing happens when I open my email.  I've read thru the
trouble-shooting info and still am not sure how to get the program to load.
The log file that I find is:

I'm running Windows 2000Pro, and use Earthlink as my ISP.  I'm using
Earthlink's Total Access 2004 to get email.  I disables Norton virus
protection and Earthlink pop up blocker before downloading the program.  I
also rebooted before running the spambayes install wizard.  Please let me
know how to get your software up and running.
