FWIW, there is a configuration wizard of sorts being developed for the
non-Outlook (Windows) applications. The installer installs this (if you
choose the non-Outlook install) as "setup_server.exe" in the
{pf}\SpamBayes\bin directory. If you double-click it, you should be offered
configuration for M2 (Opera's mailer). This *might* work for you. I would
certainly not recommend it if you aren't able to re-configure your Opera
settings if necessary.
