There's also <http://spamarchive.org>.

And (this was used in early SpamBayes testing), and goes from 1998 to 2004:

And (haven't used these): <http://www.annexia.org/spam/>, and
<http://www.xtdnet.nl/paul/spam/> (this last one has some interesting stuff
on the page, but the spam is only available in mbox format by request).
