[Spambayes] Outlook 2003

[Beryl Tesler]

I seem to notice an issue with Spambayes not working correctly with Outlook
2003.  I did try to reinstall, but that did not resolve the issue.  Is the a
fix for Outlook 2003 or should I look for a different problem with Outlook?
