[Spambayes] reading deleted messages

You're using the Outlook plug-in, yes?  (If not, then this question has a
completely different answer, so ask again!).

The Suspect and Junk folders are just regular Outlook folders, no different
from any other (mail) folder.  If you want to add more columns to the view,
then you do what you normally do with Outlook.  With Outlook 2002, this
means: right-click on the column headings, choose "Field Chooser", find the
fields (e.g. "From" and "Subject") that you are interested in, and drag them
to the place in the column headings that you want them to appear.
