[Spambayes] Multiple accounts on one POP3 server? Also choosing ports?

I've been testing SpamBayes (1.0a9) for the last couple of days and am
about ready to set it up so my wife can use it as well. We both have
separate accounts on the same POP3 mail server. In the configure
section I couldn't see anything where I would specify an account, just
the mail server and port. It APPEARS to have got my account O.K. and
ignored hers, as my email is filtered through SpamBayes, but hers
isn't. My bayescustomize.ini doesn't identify any accounts, just the
mail server and port. I'm hoping it will be as easy as simply opening
her mail account before starting SB, but do I add the same port and
server a second time?

And as for ports: There is no indication in the info as to which ports
I should be using, and I have no idea myself which ports are in use
already by other apps, and which are customarily used by specific apps.
my email client doesn't specify any ports (at least not in the user
interface, where I could see them). I just picked a number at random
and then the Spambayes Web Interface: Home showed "POP3 proxy running on
13, proxying to mail.kimballpottery.com:110". I assumed 110 was the
proper port and changed the configuration to that. It seems to be
working. Are there specific ports SpamBayes SHOULD be using?

Thank you,
Mike K
