With sb_filter it is harder to get that but it is possible
You can add the option
[Headers]
include_evidence=true
in the configuration file of spambayes. This file is usually name 
bayescustomize.ini and can be found in the spambayes directory
if it is not there start the sb_server.py  with the command line "-b" 
open your browser at http://localhost and change some options the file 
will be created after you save.
