[Spambayes] Spambayes

I just downloaded Spambayes and tried to install it.  I have Outlook 2000
and Windows XP.  I disabled my firewall and also my Norton Antivirus.  When
it tried to install it, I got an error:

Unable to register the DLL/OCX:D/registerserver failed, Code 0X000000 (not
sure how many zeros it had).....

Has anyone else had a problem like this or am I doing something wrong that
can tell?   Any help would be appreciated.
