If you using Microsoft Outlook (not Express), then you want the Outlook
plug-in.  If you don't, and you get your mail via POP3 (probably), you want
to use sb_server.py (pop3proxy).  If you use IMAP, then you want to use
sb_imapfilter.py.  Installation instructions are included if you download
it.  (Read the README.txt file).
