[Spambayes] HELP!

I need your help if possible.  I have used Spambayes for several months and
love it!
For some reason it disappeared off of the tool bar. It was not operative.  I
went to tools, options, other, advanced and com add-ins.  The Spambayes was
there and not checked.  I checked it and hit ok.  If I go back it is
unchecked again. 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times.  Nothing seems
to work.  
I HATE SPAM.  ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.
