[Spambayes] SpamBayes Will not Load Into Outlook 2000

At the moment the only solution is to install Python and use a source
release (alpha2 or CVS) of Spambayes.  This will definitely be fixed in
the next version of the installer, which is due out in the next couple
of weeks.
