The binary Outlook Plugin is for Outlook 2000+ only.

You can use the POP3 (or IMAP) proxy when using any mail agent (including
Outlook Express). So you will have to do some setup, see
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/applications.html
pop3proxy.py

Dunno if there is a more detailed setup guide...
