[Spambayes] Spambayes Outlook Plugin

I know this sounds like a silly question but is SpamBayes free for
corporations?  We have about 100 users and would like to install it on
most of them. 
 
I have had a couple of problems with the SpamBayes program but otherwise
have been very happy with it.
Just FYI the problems I have had are the following
1-I have had to reinstall it a couple of time because it stops loading
2-Filtering has changed back to disabled by itself
