[Spambayes] Outlook 2000, SpamBayes, and multiple profiles

Unfortunately, that is not quite true - to get good profile support from the
source-code version, you would also need to be building win32all from CVS
sources; currently released win32all versions can not determine the current
profile name.

The next binary I release will have the up-to-date code that can detect
this.
