You're getting lots of these:
com_error: (-2146644781, 'OLE error 0x800cccd3', None, None)

Which means:
	IMAP_BAD_RESPONSE == Invalid response to request. [1]

So this is definitely something to do with IMAP.  I could be wrong, but
I don't think a lot of testing has been done with IMAP and the Outlook
plugin, and I know from experience that IMAP servers are a tricky lot.

Could you telnet to your imap server (port 143, probably), type
"CAPABILITY", and send what it has?  (including the first line that says
which version of server it is).

This should make it easier to try and reproduce the problem.
