[Spambayes] Binary Installed -- No Anti-spam Dropdown Button found on Outlook Std Menu -- No Log File Found

Binary SpamBayes file install (in MS XP Pro) appeared smooth and without
error indication, but I find no Anti-Spam dropdown button at the right
side of Outlook’s Standard Toolbar. Neither can I find a Spambayes1.log
file. Uninstall and reinstall also appeared to operate without evident
problem, but with same result. Any ideas?
