[Spambayes] "biff" in outlook?

On one of the spambayes trackers, someone recently (could I possibly be any
more specific?!) posted some Visual Basic monstrosity claiming to be a way
to turn the friggin' icon off.  This didn't use the Outlook object model,
because the icon isn't exposed from Outlook.  It was Clever instead.
