[Spambayes] Customise - Freeze

I upgraded to Spam Bayes 0.3 today and have found that when I go to
options/customize outlook freezes..not in the normal sense though, it
continues checking mail and is apparently working in the background (it
doesn't stop responding as such) but I am unable to change any options or
click on the tabs and have to force it to close and restart in order for it
to work.
