I'm running Windows XP Pro SP1 with Outlook 2002 SP-2. After installing 03 the Spambayes toolbar shows but I can't get the manager to come up. Looking in Options > Other > Advanced > COM Add-ins Spambayes is listed but unchecked. If I check it it will uncheck itself as soon as the window is closed :( _Lea
